Also known as Majambo, Jaguar, Pataxte, white cacao and directly sourced from the Chazuta region of San Martin, Peru.  (The Northern Amazon jungles of Peru). These macambo nibs are made from unfermented, lightly roasted macambo beans with tasting notes that are of a very delicate and elegant macadamia and cashew nut flavours. Use these premium nibs to create divine chocolate or as a healthy addition to desserts, snacks, baked goods, smoothies, or anything that needs a dark chocolate kick.
