Thanks to a small break in the Andes mountains called El Paso de Porculla, the amazon jungle was able to flirt directly with the desert coast of northern Peru. Over millennia, cacao trees migrated and adapted to these rare growing conditions resulting in exceptional cacao that is light in colour and rich in complex, dark fruit and nutty flavour profiles with mild acidity.

Use these premium nibs to create divine chocolate or as a healthy addition to desserts, snacks, baked goods, smoothies, or anything that needs a dark chocolate kick.
